Truffle Sauce

This mixture of field mushrooms, black olives and black summer truffle pairs well with many dishes. Use it for appetizers, spreading it on crostini, bruschetta or as a filling. Wonderful also with pasta, rice or meat dishes, as well as omelets. Heat in extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt to taste.
