Shortbread Baking Mix (can be made with olive oil!)
Do you remember the first time you tasted shortbread? We do, and we've loved it ever since! Crisp, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, and so easy to make! Just add melted butter or Olive Oil (for a healthier version) to the mix, press in your pan and bake! If you don't finish them off in an instant, these can be stored in a container for about 2 weeks! The possibilities are endless... Try Lemon Olive Oil or Blood Orange Olive Oil, or a savory oil for something different.
